Prof. Santosh Kumari is an educational leader. She is an alumnus of School of Education, University of Nottingham, England, United Kingdom. In 2015-16, she visited and studied the education system of various prestigious International Universities viz. The University of Oxford, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Nottingham, The Anglia Ruskin University, Nottingham Trent University, London School of Economics and Political Science, Imperial College London, King's College London etc. She has also visited and thoroughly experienced the traditions and culture of England, Scotland and various European Countries viz. France (Paris, Versailles); Belgium (Brussels, Bruges); Netherlands (Amsterdam), Germany (Berlin, Munich), Austria (Salzburg), Switzerland (Jungfraujoch, Titlis, Engelberg, Interlaken, Lucerne, Zurich), Italy (Rome, Vatican City) etc. as an independent solo traveler.
She has been the Editor-in-Chief, Editor and Associate Editor of Business Analyst – A Refereed Journal of Shri Ram College of Commerce – ISSN: 0973-211X (http://www.srcc.edu/business-analyst). She edited 5 Issues of Business Analyst and reviewed papers as a Referee for an International Journal titled 'Educational Management Administration & Leadership', Sage Publications (Los Angeles, London, New Delhi, Singapore, Washington DC and Melbourne) ISSN: 1741–1432 [print] 1741-1440 [online]. She is the author of various research papers published in National and International Journals. She has presented and published research papers in various National & International Conferences and Seminars. She interviewed applicants for the post of Deputy Director (Public Relations) and Assistant Accounts Officer in DDA (Delhi Development Authority) during February-March, 2018 as a member of Interview Board.
Presently, she is the Editor of Strides – A Students' Journal of Shri Ram College of Commerce (webpage - http://www.srcc.edu/publications/students-publications) and engaged in academic research and teaching following papers to B.Com. Developed "CG-Index (Corporate Governance Index): A Measure of Corporate Governance Status of Indian Companies" during my doctoral research on the topic "A Study of Relation between Corporate Governance and Financial Performance". The conclusion and findings of my Ph.D. thesis revealed that there is no significant relationship between corporate governance and financial performance. Therefore, corporate governance is not a significant predictor of financial performance.
