Ms. Kamaldeep Kaur Sarna is an Assistant Professor in Commerce Department at Shri Ram College of Commerce. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She completed her M.Phil. from Department of Commerce, University of Delhi securing first position in its coursework examination. Her subjects of interest include Finance, Accounting, and International Business. She has presented various research papers in National and International Conferences. Her research interests include Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Sustainable Development, and Data Science. She has co-authored two opinion articles in one of the leading Indian newspapers “The Indian Express” and an article in a reputed monthly magazine “The Diplomatist”.
