Ms. Prerna Soni is an Assistant Professor in Commerce Department, SRCC. She obtained her Masters degree in Commerce from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics in 2013. Key areas of her interest includes Corporate Laws, Mercantile Law, and Human Resource Management. She joined Shri Ram College of Commerce in 2014 as Assistant Professor, and is continuing with the same institution till date.
